A Message From Our COO: Our Commitment to You

We understand that price changes are never easy, and we want to be transparent about what is happening with Northwest Naturals. Starting in June 2026, our product prices will be increasing.

Over the past two years, we’ve absorbed significant increases across protein, freight, labor, packaging, and utilities. We made that decision intentionally to avoid passing those costs along while we could.

At this point, continuing to absorb those costs is no longer sustainable without impacting the quality and integrity of the food we produce, which is something we will not compromise.

Northwest Naturals is still family-owned and operated, and everything is made in-house in our USDA human-grade certified facility in Portland, Oregon. We continue to voluntarily participate in third-party food safety audits because accountability and safety remain at the center of what we do. Most importantly, our commitment remains unchanged.

We understand that price changes are difficult. We don’t take that lightly, and we’re grateful for the trust you place in us and the pets you feed.

The product you’re feeding your pets today is the same high quality product it has always been. We truly value our customers and appreciate your continued support.
